Golden Villa

In 2008, the group entered the Yangtze River Delta and developed the Golden Villa project in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu. The total development area is over 20 acres. The project, located in a prime position in Jiangsu Province, integrates high-end residences, retirement apartments, a university for the elderly, themed landscape parks, four five-star hotels, ecological agriculture, a rehabilitation hospital, and a nursing school into a comprehensive vacation and wellness town project. The total development area is about 50,000 square meters, with sales nearing 1 billion RMB.
